SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Address
We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.
Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.
Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge the buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances. Change In Shipping Address
If you have any request for change of shipping address, please email us at mie.fitnessapparel@gmail.com before we send our delivery advise to you and delivery is confirmed.
Shipping Time
It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination.
Tracking Number
Once goods leave our warehouse and picked up by our shipping partner, the consignment number for the package will be communicated to you via instagram, email and updated on your member’s account.
Cancellation Policy
Mie Fitness Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order if unexpected events occur (example: particular design is obsolete, or supplier no longer producing the particular design), as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed as we have already started fabricating your product.
