Return & Exchange Policy


Refunds: Strictly no refund once payment is made.

Exchanges: Size changes are allowed for the identical product in the same colour. E.g. Size S black leggings exchange for size M black leggings. Exchange is subject to stock availability and up to 1 item per order.

Steps for exchange:

1) Please e-mail us at with the following information:

  • Order number and/or email address used to place the order
  • Colour and size of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Colour and size of the replacement item

2) Send your return item to us via registered mail, or any other delivery method with tracking. To expedite the process, please indicate your order number on the outside of the parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels. 

3) Once we have received your return item, we will send you the replacement item to the same address used previously. We may also reject and send back your return item if it does not meet our conditions for exchange. Do note that you will incur a RM8 shipping fee to mail either your replacement or rejected item to you.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our exchange policy conditions. Please read the full terms below before proceeding.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unworn and in original packaging
  • Returned items that show signs of use will be rejected. (Stains, detergent/sweat/perfume smell, overstretched, pet furs, not in original packaging)
  • Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged. (Including items bought with discount code)
  • No refunds in price difference will be given if you choose to exchange your purchased item for a product of a lower value. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges from products bought from third parties.
